There is now an opportunity to join the team of this expanding business as Senior Business Development Manager for the Scottish region. The focus of the role is to develop and implement business plans with partners to create a fantastic customer experience and maximise the returns of each and every outlet, whilst growing the business through the recruitment of new partners to expand the geographic footprint. Through your team of regionally based Business Managers you will work with partners to drive performance and take a great team to new heights.
This is a broad ranging role requiring a full range of business management skills, including a good grasp of operational compliance, capex evaluation, business planning, marketing and supply chain, combined with a strong commercial acumen. You must be financially numerate and able to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders. You will have a sound grasp of operational management principals and a track record of success in the hospitality, leisure or food and beverage retail sector, looking for the next step in your career. You will have experience of franchised / leased / tenanted or related business models in food and beverage.
