The Three Sisters are currently looking for a talented Sales and Events Co-Ordinator to join our fantastic team in Edinburgh.

The Three Sisters is a lively sports bar & courtyard based in the hub of the Cowgate. Our venue offer big screens, BBQs, karaoke, function hire and much more! 

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, creative, and outgoing individual who can drive sales.  We would require the individual to proactively seek new sales leads as well as retaining existing clients. Candidates must be organised and to be able to work independently and within a team.

Key aspects of the role include events organisation, booking events, diary management, issuing contracts, attention to detail, good customer service skills and the ability to up sell. Additionally you will have responsibility in ensuring events diary is kept up-to-date and respond to enquiries in a timely manner with correct information and that this is communicated out to the events team.

You will also be required to complete office administration tasks such as: maintaining a filing system, processing mail, dispatching brochures and other literature to new enquiries.

Applicants need to have the ability to multi-task; be diplomatic and patient, presentable, enthusiastic, hardworking and work well within a team. Previous events experience is a must and a working knowledge of social media is desirable.

Hours of work will be varied and require flexibility as you will be required to include nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.
