We are looking for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic venue, The Murrayfield Hotel and House

At the heart of all we do we must put our customers’ needs first.
Planning and organising F&B department and other hotel services; promoting and marketing the business.
Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
Meeting and greeting customers
Dealing with customer complaints and comments swiftly, taking appropriate action where necessary.
Ensuring all F&B service, events and conferences run smoothly.
Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
Dealing with contractors and suppliers.
Ensuring security is effective.
Carrying out inspections of property and services.
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
To undertake additional duties as may be required by business trends.
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role within a busy and demanding venue.
The ability to lead and motivate your team members.
Experience of driving sales and developing the business.
Volume F&B experience
Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
First class customer service and communication skills.
