Market leading Independent Scottish hotel company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Reservation and Groups Manager to join their team. You must have a 'can do' attitude and thrive in a team environment. you must also have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
As Reservation and Groups Manager you will report directly to the Director of Hotel Rooms Revenue and will be managing, dealing and handling with individual and group reservations for the hotels. This involves providing a quality service to all guests, upselling promotions and nearby venues, liaising with travel agents, maintaining the in-house reservation PMS and supporting the hotels with day to day operation of reservations and relief reception cover.
You will also have an active role with maximising daily sales and pricing strategies, market and competitor analysis and financial reporting.
Previous hotel customer service and sales experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Micros Opera experience required.
