We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and hardworking hotel receptionist to join our team on a part time basis. Experience is preferred, but not essential, and personality is a must! Experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.
As a member of our reception team, your primary focus will be to ensure that each of our guests receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes; you will be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption. You will be fantastic at dealing (efficiently) with guest enquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role.
You will be required to work shift work which will include evening and weekend work.
You will enjoy working with others, have a great ‘can do’ approach to customer service and importantly have a friendly approach to everyone who you come into contact with. You will be able to work in a team, but also have the ability to work independently with great problem solving skills. A full induction into the role will be given and you will also be expected to attend on-going training as required.
