As a member of our host team your primary focus will be to ensure our guests receive the warmest and most genuine of welcomes.
Dealing efficiently with guest enquiries and providing as much information about the venue, our services and relevant venue events in a polite and friendly manner is essential
You will be required to work shift work which will include evening and weekend work, across 7 days.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with others, have a great "can do" approach to customer service and importantly have a friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with, as well as having excellent organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar customer facing role.
Competent computer skills are an essential aspect of the role as basic admin skills are required on a daily basis.
A full induction into the role will be given, and also ongoing training as and when required.
