We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager with an events focussed background to Lead, Drive and inspire our Venue Management teams across Scotland.
G1 Group is a collection of over 50 venues. Lots of our venues are housed in grade A & B listed buildings, carefully restored, expanded, refreshed and put to good use. We have restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, bars, cinemas, casinos and more.

The Operations Manager role is key to driving performance in our venues, the ideal candidate should have a proven track-record in Multi-Site Management and driving KOP in a fast paced customer focused environment. Our business has multiple brand identities across multiple hospitality sectors, experience in this would also be an advantage.
The ideal applicant will have previous background or experience of a similar type of quality high volume venues, along with leading a large team, events or function experience and a strong focus in food standards and service consistency.
You should be skilled in mentoring, developing and inspiring a team of Managers and venue teams. A great communicator, you will also achieve operational excellence through a high performance environment that embraces continuous improvement.
