We currently have a vacancy at our head office in Glasgow's West End for a Maintenance Coordinator. The role of Maintenance Coordinator is to deal with the day to day running of the reactive and planned maintenance for our venues across Scotland. Role Responsibilities Co-ordinating tradesmen/contractors for timely completion of approved jobs. Monitoring and co-ordinating tradesmen/contractors for completion of planned maintenance programmes. Dealing with all maintenance queries/issues from unit managers. Ensuring that all certificates required by Health & Safety are current within the planned maintenance system. Competitive tendering for sub-contract work and material suppliers. Raising purchase orders and checking invoiced amounts are correct. All other admin support relating to the property department. Skills & Experience Strong communication skills – written and verbal Ability to prioritise workload A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Previous administration experience is essential; building or maintenance administration experience is preferable but not essential.
