With Christmas just around the corner we are currently recruiting for talented and enthusiastic kitchen staff for our venues in Edinburgh.

We want to make sure that our customers who have chosen to spend the festive time with us enjoy their time and leave fully satisfied – Our staff are key to the successful operation of the kitchen.
We have both part time and full time positions available for Kitchen Porters, Commis Chefs and Chef De Partie. Your role will involve learning new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean, in accordance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
You will be technically strong with good communication skills, and ideally have worked in a similar environment before. You will also be required to ensure service, production and legislative standards are maintained and that these standards are communicated and trained to new employees.
It is preferable that you have experience in a high volume kitchen environment and are able to work well within a team and provide efficient support to the Head Chef.
This role requires the successful candidate to be flexible and able to work shifts as well as evenings and weekends.
