We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Porter for Forgan's restaurant in St Andrews.
We work with the best local artisans who believe in sustainable agriculture. We pride ourselves on providing mouth-watering dishes made from this sustainable produce, in a skylit, industrial-chic space.
Kitchen Porters are key to the successful operation of the kitchen. As a member of the kitchen team, you will work a variety of shifts, ensuring that that all equipment and the kitchen area is hygienically maintained at all times. You will also play an important role in supporting the chefs to ensure that all storage areas are well maintained, and that food produce is correctly stored.
You will enjoy working as part of a team within a busy lively environment, be committed to working evening/late nights and have relevant transportation.
