We currently have an opportunity available for a Junior Sous Chef.

As Junior Sous Chef you will play an important role supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen.
You will be fully involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, team training, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements. You will also be expected to deputise for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
You will have strong people and operational management skills and have experience in the industry at a supervisory level.
Minimum 2 years’ experience at this level is preferential, especially working with fresh produce in a high-volume brasserie style kitchen.
