We are looking for experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our Mitchell’s family.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment, as you’ll need to work quickly and efficiently whilst meeting our high standards of presentation and attention to detail. You’ll need to be a team player, on the ball and enjoy a vibrant and friendly working atmosphere.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will play an important role supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen.
You will be working alongside a close knit team who love what they do. You will be fully involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, team training, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements. You will also be expected to deputise for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
The ideal candidate will be available to work five days a week from 8am to 4pm.
You will have strong people skills and have experience in the industry at a supervisory level.
