As Head of Sales and Business Development you will have a key role within the business. Your role will be to show strong team leadership while you will assist in driving Sales Revenue. Along with this, you will ensure you manage and support the creation of the sales strategy alongside the Head of Operations at Tennents Training Academy. This role is on a fixed term contract of 3 months with the potential to extend.

Creating a sales plan and reporting  on targets for both Sales and new business will be a regular part of the role. You must Increase brand presence across multiple industry sectors while ensuring continuous YoY growth and building a network of new customers while also leading both the training and events sales team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they can communicate company goals and objectives to all sales people and/or teams while also managing each sales process from beginning to end and co-ordinating the internal assistance required to support the process where required. Business development is a key focus within this role and this will focus on developing and implementing strategies to achieve enterprise level, multi-site strategic deals.
