We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Sales for our North of Scotland territory. This role can be based in St Andrews, Perth or Dundee but will also incorporate venues in Aberdeen and Stirling. Therefore travel to these areas will also be required.
This is a key role within the business. Through strong team leadership you will assist in driving Sales Revenue across all sites in your territory.
Management and implementation of National, Regional and Local Sales Plans will be a vital element of the role whilst also working with Central Reservations (in-bound Sales Centre) and Regional Sales & Event Managers, to ensure they are as effective as possible.
We need someone who is constantly striving to deliver outstanding customer care and commercial success.
This role will require you to work directly with each sales manager to coach and develop their performance. Secure an efficient team capable of both following directions and leading their own sales drives. We therefore need a strong leader who has the power to train and influence others.
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven and financially astute and will have experience of leading sales teams in the hospitality/leisure industry. They will also have knowledge of the corporate market and will be very structured in their approach to managing their team.
