We have a well-established team who are passionate about good food and we’re looking to add a talented and enthusiastic General Manager to our existing team.

As General Manager, you'll be expected to run the venue as if it were your own business, ensuring you train and coach your team both front of house and back of house to consistently exceed customer expectations and work as one team to drive the business forward, while at the same time engaging with central support functions. 

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and consistently hitting sales targets as well as ensuring costs are effectively controlled and all compliance and legislative responsibilities are met and venue standards are of the highest level.

As well as that, you’ll need to grow and develop your team of food and drink experts, whilst delivering faultless customer service and ensure the guest journey is exceptional.  A good understanding of liquor stock management, yield, margins and gross profit is required.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of how a bar operates and have great attention to detail within a focused customer service environment.
