With the busy festive season just around the corner, we are looking to invite talented chefs to join us for the Christmas rush here in Edinburgh!
We are currently recruiting for Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
As Chef de Partie you will be technically strong with good communication skills and be confident in running a designated kitchen station. You'll also be required to ensure service, production and legislative standards are maintained and that these standards are communicated and trained to new employees.
As Commis Chef you will be conscientious and creative and passionate about ensuring our guests receive the best quality food possible. The basic scope of the role is to assist the Chefs in the organisation of kitchen operations.
As Kitchen Porter you will ensure that all equipment and the kitchen area is hygienically maintained at all times. You will also play an important role in supporting the chefs to ensure that all storage areas are well maintained, and that food produce is correctly stored.
You will enjoy working within a team, in a busy lively environment.
These roles provide varied shift patterns including late nights, evenings and weekends. There is part time and full time roles available on a temporary contract, however there are some permanent roles available for those who demonstrate hard work and passion for the venue.
