As a member of the kitchen brigade you will be conscientious and creative. Working closely within a team, you will be concerned with ensuring our guests receive the best quality food possible.
The basic scope of the role is to assist the Head Chef in the organisation of kitchen operations.
Commis chefs play an important role in ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, and also in achieving maximum efficiencies.
With this in mind you will already be an experienced Commis Chef currently working within a large scale restaurant.
