We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Christmas Events Coordinator to join the Marketing Team.
As Christmas Events Coordinator for this unique and established venue, you’ll be required to take responsibility for all customer requests, work effectively with the sales team to manage bookings and enquiries ensuring all customers are responded to within company guidelines. You’ll also be required to attend company meetings to update key business contacts on bookings, enquiries and central focus, as well as being proactive in building relationships with suppliers and agents, you will be able to confidently upsell packages and push in-house deals to customers to maximise revenue generation.
To be successful in this role you should be an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual who responds well to a role in which no two days will be the same. You will be an able multitasker with a strong working knowledge of MS Office. Well presented, polite and approachable, you’ll be comfortable in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
This role is a temporary position finishing at the beginning of January 2018.
