We're on the lookout for a skilled Chef de Partie to come and join the party that is the Vic.
You should have experience working in a high volume kitchen at a similar level where you were helping create dishes made from fresh produce.
You'll be managing your own stations and providing support to the Sous and Head Chef, as well as learning new recipes and keeping the work area clean and hygienic.
