We are currently looking to recruit a Chef De Partie for our Pub & Kitchen, which is located in the heart of Kilmarnock.
Designed by the acclaimed Jim Hamilton of Corinthian Club and Blythswood Hotel fame, our home is a welcoming and warm place to eat and drink from breakfast time until late, 7 days a week.
Our offering includes an excellent range of hearty classics and more- plus a truly innovative new cocktail concept. Solid experience at your chosen level is vital, preferably in a fast paced and high volume environment.
The role as Chef De Partie is an exciting and engaging opportunity for the further development of enthusiastic chefs with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. You will learn new recipes and supervisory skills through our company training and you will be flexible in your approach to working hours and rota requirements
You will have strong technical and culinary abilities with good communication skills and an ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised within a specific area of the kitchen.
Your responsibilities will be to control a section and produce food to the company and chefs specifications within the framework of the companies Food Safety and Health and Safety Policies.
